I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Freihof, and I must say, it left a lovely impression! The moment we arrived, the stunning landscape of the Weser Hills welcomed us, making us feel instantly at peace. The hotel's cleanliness and charming decor, especially the vibrant roses adorning the terrace, were truly enchanting. Breakfast was a highlight, thanks to Connie, who curated a delightful spread that exceeded our expectations-fresh breads, cheeses, and even grilled salmon! I loved how she remembered our drink orders each morning, adding a personal touch to our dining experience. We did note that our cheaper room wasn't air-conditioned, but the upgrade to a junior suite was smooth and affordable which enhanced our stay. The free WiFi was a bonus for me as a travel writer-ensuring I could pen down my thoughts while basking in the serene surroundings. Although we explored the nearby hiking trails during our busy days, I can't wait to return for a slower visit, soaking in more of this tranquil retreat. If you're looking for a charming getaway that whispers relaxation and connection with nature, Hotel Freihof is definitely worth considering!
